Aerial silksAerial silks are two long pieces of fabric from which the aerialist hangs from. Like many other aerial acts, this requires lots of upper body and core strength, as well as flexibility. Starting from the ground, students will learn basic wraps and drops and will eventually gain the strength needed to excel.

Aerial hoopAerial hoop, also known as aerial lyra, is a large metal circle suspended in the air. Students will have the opportunity to learn many different shapes, tricks, and spins to do on the hoop. Students will start with the basics, such as how to get on and off the hoop correctly and then work towards more advanced tricks.

Aerial HammockAerial hammock is made from the same material as aerial silks, but is looped to make a U-shape. Similar to silks, students will use different wraps and climbing techniques to fly through the air. Complex drop sequences are most common in aerial hammock since you are able to support yourself on the bottom of the loop.

Spanish WebSpanish web is another one of our many aerials that we offer. It resembles a vertical oriented hanging rope with a loop attached for the purpose of other spins and tricks. Spanish web works all parts of the body and is a classic circus act that requires lots of mobility and flexibility. It is beauty suspended in the air.

Dancing TrapezeDance trapeze is one of our more versatile aerials that is a bar held horizontally by two ropes. This apparatus can be used to perform poses, drops, and wraps from a single point. Dance trapeze used a lot of coordination and elegance while using your arm and core mobility. This aerial take grace and strength to a whole new level.

Tight wire, Rola-Bola & Unicycles
Tight wire, rola-bola and unicycles can all be performed at different heights and levels with more experience. They all require core, center, and balance. While the tight wire is only one inch thick, different tricks, jumps, and props can be performed on the wire, requiring extreme focus. Rola-bola also requires balance and focus to ensure the plank being stood on does not tilt pass the cylinder that is underneath it. Unicycling works on your balance, cardio and coordination.
Juggling, Diablo & Spinning plates
Juggling, diabolo and spinning plate all involve focus, balance, and hand-eye coordination. Juggling is a good act that can be practiced anywhere, even at home with balls of socks. Diabolo, also known as Chinese yo-yo, are two cups shaped like an hour glass that is balanced on a single string, held between two handle sticks. Spinning plates are an easier, yet fun balancing act that is always entertaining.
